Job summary

Dissolve Labs in Islamabad is seeking a Senior AI Mobile Engineer to own the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI-powered mobile applications, with a focus on large language model integration and voice AI.

You will design, build and maintain scalable AI backends with FastAPI and Python, manage memory and context using RAG, deploy to cloud, and collaborate with web and mobile teams to deliver high-performance, user-centric features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade conversational AI applications focused on voice AI, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice cloning components.
• Design and develop scalable and efficient AI backend systems using FastAPI and Python to support robust AI features.
• Implement prompt engineering and conversation orchestration strategies to improve the responsiveness and quality of AI interactions.
• Manage AI memory and dialogue context through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector database utilization, and embeddings for seamless conversations.
• Integrate multiple external and internal APIs to support complex asynchronous workflows and data exchanges within AI applications.
• Deploy AI models and applications to leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability, high availability, and reliability.
• Perform mobile app market analysis to identify trends and user needs, driving informed AI feature development and enhancing overall user experience.
• Collaborate with web and mobile development teams to ensure AI functionalities are well coordinated and integrated across all user interface platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI systems to meet accuracy, speed, and user satisfaction targets.
• Document AI development procedures, API integrations, deployment processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
