Job summary

Devsinc 17 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) to design, build, and scale intelligent systems, from ML pipelines to advanced AI agents capable of reasoning and automation.

You will work on production-grade AI models, integrate LLMs and tools, and craft agent architectures that interact with APIs, databases, and workflows, blending applied ML with backend engineering and product-driven problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong Python skills; PyTorch/TensorFlow/Transformers.
• Experience building or integrating AI agents (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).
• ML lifecycle, data processing, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Vertex AI).
• Multi-agent systems and coordination mechanisms.
• Reinforcement learning or self-improving agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and interact with tools, APIs, or external systems.
• Implement agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom orchestration systems).
• Develop production-grade AI models and integrate LLMs and tools.
• Optimize reasoning and retrieval pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Build ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI components into backend systems and APIs.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable codebases with CI/CD and cloud-native design.
• Stay current with LLMs, agent frameworks, and model architectures.
