Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/DS.
• 3-5 years of AI/ML, Data Engineering, DS experience.
• Hands-on Python, SQL, ML, Cloud tech.
• Prior client-facing AI/ML projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Data Engineering solutions.
• Work hands-on with Python, SQL, ML, data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, predictive analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Design and implement data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data processing solutions.
• Evaluate technical requirements and recommend architecture, tools, and technologies.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discovery calls, presentations, solution discussions, demos, and POCs.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, project scopes, estimates, and SOWs.
• Work closely with Sales and leadership to identify, develop, and close new project opportunities.
• Address technical objections and communicate complex solutions clearly.
• Build strong client relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for handover and execution.
