Hazelsoft in Lahore is seeking a software engineer to build AI-powered features for clients, including retrieval, tool use, structured extraction and agents. Most projects start as quick pilots and scale to production, putting your work in front of real users.

You’ll collaborate with clients to turn ideas into testable use cases, design evaluation sets, and measure accuracy, cost and latency before each release; mentorship is part of the role, with opportunities for growth and a clear career

Qualificações

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs beyond a demo.
• Experience with vector search and evaluation.
• Proficient in SQL, REST APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
• Clear written English for client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship LLM-based features: retrieval, tool use, extraction and agents.
• Design evaluation sets and measure accuracy, cost and latency before release.
• Connect AI features to client systems via APIs, queues and webhooks.
• Turn client ideas into testable use cases.
• Mentor engineers in our internal AI programme.
