Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Lahore for a hybrid, full-time role. You will build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions, including GenAI initiatives and agentic workflows, to deliver business insights and robust systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams on data processing, predictive modeling, and production-grade Python-based implementations, with exposure to LLMs and vector databases.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science from a reputable university.
• 4–6+ years of total professional technology experience.
• 2–3+ years focused AI/ML experience.
• Proven production-grade AI/ML implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business domains and data.
• Build predictive models and reporting systems to support decisions.
• Write scripts and queries for data extraction and visualization.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in production.
• Work on GenAI initiatives including organizing and testing AI systems.
• Develop and optimize agentic workflows and RAG-based systems.
• Design forecasting models to improve accuracy.
• Debug and enhance AI systems to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance.
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models.
• Train and optimize models across domains like object detection, OCR, and statistics.
• Build robust data pipelines and integration architectures for performance and latency.
