Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, DS or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. You will take ownership of projects from idea to production and work closely with our engineering, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models (including LLM-based solutions)
• Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable AI services
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize models for accuracy, speed, and cost
• Integrate AI features into products through APIs and backend systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor models in production and improve their performance over time
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices
• Stay current with new AI tools, frameworks, and research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or NLP is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience taking models from prototype to production
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
