Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of complex software engagements. You will coordinate delivery, plan, track, report, manage risks, and drive AI-enabled delivery practices under the Engagement Lead.

You should be comfortable with architecture discussions and managing multiple workstreams. The role requires strong project delivery expertise, technical fluency, and the ability to influence teams across onshore and offshore R and D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery and management of software development projects.
• Experience using Agile methodologies to coordinate software product delivery.
• Ability to run Agile ceremonies and manage sprint activities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps boards and delivering metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Operate using AI-native delivery practices to improve planning, coordination, reporting, risk tracking and automation.
• Deliver end-to-end software solutions across development, architecture, testing, business analysis, and project management.
• Own project requirements, timelines, quality and team, with proactive onshore/offshore coordination.
• Lead with a high-energy, positive leadership style and mentor PM/APM roles.
