Job summary

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of an AI-native, low-code/AI-assisted platform for enterprise customers. You will drive discovery, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, AI, design, and sales to deliver market-ready AI-enabled products.

You will champion data-driven decision making, measure outcomes, and craft compelling demos and go-to-market narratives that accelerate adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or platform products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI and LLM ecosystems, including agents, copilots, RAG, and workflow automation.
• Ability to engage technical teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI systems.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept through adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong customer instincts, commercial judgment, and ability to make clear trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution
• Drive customer discovery, market validation, and product-market-fit initiatives
• Partner closely with engineering, AI, design, sales, and leadership teams
• Define product requirements, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes
• Create compelling demos, positioning, and go-to-market narratives
