Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking an Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant to oversee Canadian tax filings (T2/T1), GST/HST and payroll taxes for clients in North America and beyond.

You will review financial records, maintain bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with a bilingual team to ensure compliance with CRA regulations while delivering accurate tax planning and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA Affiliate/Part-Qualified.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Canadian taxation & accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws, CRA regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with T1, T2, GST/HST, and payroll tax filings.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, CaseWare, TaxCycle, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
