ACCA Careers in Pakistan seeks a Senior ACCA to lead its accounting and compliance function, delivering audit, accounts and tax services to UK-based SMEs. You will manage UK GAAP/FRS 102 reporting, tax computations, and supervision of junior staff from a Pakistan-based setup.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified member of ACCA.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in audit, tax and accounting within the Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax and audit procedures.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax and audit work for a UK client base including
• Preparation of financial statements under UK GAAP/FRS 102
• Preparation of UK corporation tax and personal tax computations for UK clients
• Preparation and review of management accounts and VAT returns
• Supervise and train junior staff, reviewing their work for quality and accuracy
• Assist in audit assignments and ensure compliance with UK regulations
• Ensure strict compliance with UK accounting and regulatory standards
• Be able to work independently

A well-established UK Chartered accountants firm is looking to set up a Pakistan-based company to assist with providing audit, accounts and tax is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior ACCA qualified to lead its accounting and compliance function. The company will be providing audit, accounts and tax services to UK-based SMEs, owner-managed businesses and growing companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax and audit work for a UK client base including
• Preparation financial statements under UK GAAP/FRS 102
• Preparation UK corporation tax and personal tax computations for UK clients
• Preparation and review management accounts and VAT returns
• Supervise and train junior staff, reviewing their work for quality and accuracy
• Assist in audit assignments and ensure compliance with Uk regulations
• Ensure strict compliance with UK accounting and regulatory standards
• Be able to work independently

Requirements

• Fully qualified member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in audit, tax and accounting within the big 4
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax and audit procedures
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
• Proficient use of excel and experience with accounting software such as Sage
• Strong understanding of double-entry book-keeping
• Practical experience in accounts preparation
