You’ll manage a client portfolio, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts production for SMEs.

Competitive salary (based on skills and experience, Rs ~200,000 to 300,000 per month)

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients.
• Complete bookkeeping tasks on a daily basis.
• Strong knowledge of the UK VAT tax rules - a must.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all deliverables.
• Maintain data integrity across all software and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial accounts and schedules for the balance sheet - a must.
• Provide clear financial analysis, commentary, and KPI insights.
• Knowledge of UK corporation tax.

The Successful Applicant Must Have

• Education (ACCA or Master’s) in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Advanced user of Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent.
• Good understanding of FRS 102 1a and FRS 105.
• Excellent computer skills in general (e.g., using tools like the MS Office ecosystem).
• Ability to dive deep into data to identify issues and solutions.
