The People Operations & Systems team at Careem is on a mission to enhance the overall experience for our colleagues by streamlining processes, optimizing people systems, and providing data-driven insights. As part of our fast-paced and collaborative environment, we are responsible to manage all the People Systems and use the data to convert it to meaningful insights that help the business make informed decisions.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our People team with critical insights, reporting, and system-related data support. This role will play a key part in building and maintaining reports and dashboards, enabling better decision-making through data. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with various people systems.
