Job summary

TransitPro Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a seasonal resort in Khanpur, Pakistan. The role focuses on creating menus, leading a culinary team, and delivering high-quality dining experiences in a resort setting.

You will manage inventory, control costs, train staff, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with other departments to provide excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Executive Chef in a similar resort or hotel setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a kitchen team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or service.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain budget and quality standards
