Responsibilities

Develop creative menus reflecting local culture and seasonal ingredients.
Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners.
