SDR Manager (Team Lead – U.S.-Based Sales) | 70K–100K Base + High Bonus Potential

About the Role
We’re hiring a SDR Manager to lead and coach our team of Proven Closers selling digital marketing and website development services to U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can manage daily performance, ensure target achievement, and personally contribute to key deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 3–5 SDRs focused on U.S.-based outbound sales.
- Track performance metrics (calls, meetings, deals) and ensure team targets are met.
- Provide live coaching, call feedback, and daily performance guidance.
- Handle high-value opportunities and assist in complex deal closures.
- Collaborate with HR/Admin for attendance, incentives, and payouts.
- Report daily KPIs to management and implement continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating B2B sales teams targeting U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Strong CRM and data analysis abilities.
- Capable of working the U.S. night shift (7 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
- Driven to exceed both team and personal performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 PKR/month (based on experience).
- Team Bonus & Overrides: 10–15% of total team revenue.
- Quarterly Performance (Retention) Bonuses: Based on team results and leadership KPIs.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): 10 - 20% per month.
- Growth Path: Sales Manager → Operations Manager → Sales Director.
