• Degrees must be from HEC recognized Pakistani or foreign institutions; foreign degrees require equivalence from HEC.

Responsibilities

• Shortlisted candidates undergo written test, group discussion/psychometric testing and panel interview.
• Pre-induction training at NIBAF Pakistan (Islamabad) as Trainees, with eventual appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) in Karachi.
