Job summary

A consulting firm supporting public management is seeking a specialist for the Pilot Implementation of the Public Asset Management Guidelines. The role focuses on compiling legacy assets, operationalising SAP-FABS Asset Management Module, and developing an Asset Management Manual. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of SAP experience, preferably in public sector financial management.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field is essential.
  • Certification in SAP, particularly in Asset Management, is advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support design of data collection formats for asset registry.
  • Manage FABS Asset Management Module adjustments.
  • Operationalise the FABS module with legacy data.
  • Ensure data quality and validation checks.
  • Train pilot ministries' staff on asset recording.
  • Compile legacy and new asset data uniformly.
  • Maintain secure storage of field data.
  • Prepare the Asset Manual and training for officials.
  • Provide data summaries for reports.
