Job summary

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to oversee day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform across country partners. You will drive user adoption, ensure data integrity, and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions that support business success.

You will manage user accounts, security, automation, data management, reporting, and governance across Salesforce orgs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce admin experience.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Basic project management and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user accounts and security.
• Configure Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles and Sharing Rules.
• Develop and maintain automation with Flow, approvals, and workflows.
• Handle mass data imports/exports and maintain data quality.
• Create and customize reports and dashboards to monitor adoption.
• Coordinate sandboxes, releases and deployments; train users.

Job description

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role is crucial for maximizing user adoption, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that drive business success.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing Salesforce orgs across all TCF country partners, including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

User Management & Security:

• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts.
• Configure Profiles and Permission Sets.
• Set up Roles and Sharing Rules.
• Enforce organization-wide security settings (e.g., OWD, password policies).
• Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting.

Configuration & Customization:

• Create and modify Custom Objects and Fields.
• Design and update Page Layouts and Lightning Pages.
• Manage Record Types.
• Install, configure, and maintain AppExchange applications.

Business Process Automation:

• Develop and maintain automation using Flow Builder.
• Set up and manage Approval Processes.
• Manage existing Workflow Rules and Flows.

Data Management:

• Perform mass data imports and exports.
• Monitor and maintain data quality (de-duplication, cleansing, picklist values).
• Establish and manage data backup and archiving strategies.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Create and customize Reports.
• Design and maintain Dashboards for business monitoring.
• Analyze usage metrics and adoption rates.

System Maintenance & Governance:

• Manage sandboxes for testing and development.
• Manage system changes and deployments between environments.
• Monitor system health and performance.
• Test and prepare for Salesforce Releases.

Training & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Promote user adoption of the platform.
• Ensure maximum utilization of the Salesforce products available to TCF

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institute.

Experience
