A leading telecommunications firm in Islamabad is seeking a Team Lead to manage and supervise a team. The role involves setting objectives, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive work environment. Lead and supervise a team of employees, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity. Set clear objectives for the team and individuals, monitor progress, and give constructive feedback. Plan and organize work schedules to ensure coverage and efficient use of resources. Maintain accurate attendance and timesheet records. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to foster compliance and accountability. Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance team skills. Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow and cross-functional communication. Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and address performance issues. Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and strong employee engagement. Prepare regular reports on team performance and departmental metrics for upper management. Ensure projects and tasks are completed within timelines and budget constraints. Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
Salary range: (80k-100K)
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a team of more than 6 people. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using computer software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and efficiency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
