A leading company in Karachi seeks a Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage dealer relationships. Candidates should be presentable with excellent client engagement abilities. The role involves coordination with backend teams and regular market visits to ensure operational success.
- Generate new business with maintaining existing clientele.
- Appoint & Manage Dealer/Distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- Supporting sales members & Executives in opening /appointing and closing sales
- To make sales forecast with relation to specific products and even segregate the targets among various outlets based on their area potential and business opportunities.
- Educating the sales team with respect to products, best practices, distributor relationship, promotional schemes etc.
- To ensure smooth co-ordination between Backend & frontend team like Production, Dispatch, and Accounts & Sales.
Regular visit to Market along with A.S.M.s & Executives.
