Remote Growth Partners LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the main liaison for deployed sales reps and clients, ensuring success across multiple industries. You’ll lead experienced sales teams, hire and develop reps, and help clients optimize their sales processes.

A strong English communicator, you’ll thrive in fast-moving environments and own performance reviews. This is a remote role with US-East alignment; you will learn each client’s process and drive results

Qualifications

2+ years managing modern sales teams selling to US customers.
Experience hiring at least 10 sales reps in BDR or AE roles.
2+ years in performance management, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedback.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work 40 hours per week in US Eastern time.

Responsabilités

Serve as the main point of contact for clients from the RGP side, maintaining strong and positive client relationships.
Oversee and manage salespeople deployed to various sales teams, ensuring they are meeting performance targets.
Quickly learn and adapt to each client's unique sales process, providing guidance and support to sales teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the HR team to hire and onboard RGPs for sales roles with our clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the internal team and clients.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with the deployed sales teams or clients.
