Overview

We are a fast-growing, process-driven e-commerce company looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sales Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance across all our platforms (including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, Website), creating data-driven strategies, and leading cross-departmental projects to turn those strategies into reality.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze Sales Data: Your primary role is to analyze sales data from all channels to identify trends, top-selling products, underperforming categories, and new growth opportunities.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Translate your analysis into clear, actionable strategic plans designed to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Execute Sales Plans: Lead the execution of your growth strategies by coordinating with the Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, and R&D to launch new product lines and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create and manage sales forecasts and set performance targets for the company\'s sales channels.
  • Report to Leadership: Present your analysis, strategic plans, and performance results directly to the General Manager.
