Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Amazon and Walmart platforms; eCommerce knowledge is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a laptop and smartphone for work.
• Working hours 11 AM–8 PM PST; office-based role in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out suspended Amazon and Walmart accounts for reinstatement opportunities.
• Build client relationships and guide clients through the reinstatement process.
• Communicate professionally via email, chat, and phone.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
