Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team!
Your job will be to find, pitch, and close new clients for our creative services. This role is commission-based in the beginning, with an opportunity to move to a fixed salary + commission model after 1–2 months based on performance.

Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for graphic design, video editing, and lead generation services

Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, social platforms, and calls

Prepare and deliver customized pitches and proposals

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience (preferably in digital services)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Must have a portfolio of past work or record of past sales achievements

Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented

Basic understanding of graphic design and digital marketing is a plus

Laptop, internet connection, and availability for remote meetings

Compensation

Commission-based in the beginning (high commission rate)

After 1–2 months: Fixed salary + Commission based on performance

Job Specification:

Sales & Business Development

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

Experience with B2B or B2C sales (preferably in digital services)

Ability to pitch services like graphic design, video editing, and lead generation effectively

Skilled in cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, or calls

Knowledge of sales funnels and client onboarding processes

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication in English & Urdu

Clear, persuasive, and professional client interaction

Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Confident in handling objections and closing deals

Digital & Tech Understanding

Basic understanding of digital creative services (logos, branding, reels, etc.)

Familiar with using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Sales tracking software

Ability to explain creative services to non-technical clients

Organizational & Reporting Skills

Consistent in tracking leads, follow-ups, and daily reporting

Time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments

Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets

Bonus (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Prior experience in a creative or marketing agency

Portfolio of past sales or client deals

Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or freelance groups
