Job summary

Avanceon in Pakistan seeks a driven Sales Engineer to identify new opportunities in industrial automation and fueling markets, translating technical features into business value for clients.

You will conduct site surveys, design customized solutions, prepare proposals, and build strong client relationships to ensure smooth handover to execution teams. 0–1 year experience preferred; Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechatronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 0–1 year experience in industrial automation, power solutions, or technical sales.
• Ability to translate technical features into business value; strong communication and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Development: identify new business opportunities and grow market presence in industrial automation and fueling market.
• Technical Consultation: engage with clients to understand requirements, perform site surveys, and design customized solutions (BOQ development).
• Proposals & Presentations: prepare, submit, and present technical proposals, coordinating with OEMs for client requirements.
• Relationship Management: maintain strong client relationships and follow up for orders and handover to execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow the companys market presence in industrial automation and fueling market
• Technical Consultation: Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, perform site surveys, and design customized solutions (BOQ development).
• Proposals & Presentations: Prepare, submit, and present technical proposals, often coordinating with OEMs to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up for order acquisition and successful project handover to execution teams.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in industrial automation, power solutions, or technical sales.
• Skills: Proven ability to translate technical features into business value, strong communication, and technical proficiency
