Job summary

A leading consumer goods company in Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Capability Manager in Sales / Customer Development. This role focuses on strategic capability building and transformation across the sales ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing training content, facilitating learning sessions, and supporting teams in capability execution. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a capability calendar aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop training content and toolkits in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and virtual learning sessions.
  • Manage relationships with external learning partners and academic institutions.
  • Support zonal teams in executing capability and transformation plans.
  • Track progress of change initiatives and report on adoption metrics.
  • Identify and elevate capability or process gaps to central teams for resolution.
