Job summary

UserWise, LLC is hiring an Associate Producer to help plan, schedule, and execute game development tasks in Lahore. You will track milestones, coordinate across QA, Development, Art, and Customer Service to keep projects on time and within scope.

With 2+ years in game production or project coordination, you excel in multitasking and communication, supporting senior producers to deliver world-class experiences while fostering teamwork and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a production or coordination role in software/game industry, with at least one shipped title.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of game development tasks.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, Art and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve blockers.
• Support documentation processes, including maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans.
• Identify risks early and assist in mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Champion a positive, collaborative team culture and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate with product managers to meet objectives on time.
