Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of NAFSA for a Revenue Analyst to support billing, invoicing, and collections related to service fees. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and timely processing of revenue records, with responsibility for reconciliation and audit-ready records.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, at least two years of experience in revenue or accounts, and strong MS Excel skills to maintain trackers and reports for

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collection processes for NAFSA service fees and receipts in accordance with approved fee schedules, applicable rules, and internal SOPs.
• Prepare invoices/bills and maintain billing trackers, ensuring accuracy of fee computation, completeness of supporting documentation, and timely issuance to stakeholders/clients as applicable.
• Maintain revenue registers and supporting schedules for invoices raised, receipts collected, outstanding receivables, exemptions/waivers (if applicable), and adjustments, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
• Reconcile receipts with bank deposits/scrolls and operational data and prepare reconciliation statements on a periodic basis.
• Coordinate with operational units and relevant Wings to obtain fee assessment inputs, validate transaction data, and resolve discrepancies in billing or receipt records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, coordinate reminders/notices as per SOPs, and escalate persistent overdue cases to the Deputy Director for action.
• Support month-end/periodic closing for revenue by preparing supporting schedules, aging reports, and documentation for reporting and financial statement purposes.
• Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all revenue activities including approvals, correspondence, reconciliations, deposit evidence, and adjustment notes; support internal/external audit queries in a timely manner.
• Support preparation of periodic revenue performance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Deputy Director (Revenue & Fees) consistent with NAFSA's mandate.

The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA's foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.
