Pakistan Single Window (PSW) invites experienced finance professionals to join NAFSA's foundational team in Islamabad. The role focuses on revenue and fee administration, billing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting to strengthen financial governance.

You will develop fee schedules, ensure timely receipt deposits, implement controls to reduce leakage, monitor performance, and coordinate with IT for payment systems.

Qualificações

• Masters or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years in revenue administration or public sector finance.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage NAFSA's revenue and fee administration functions, including billing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting for service fees and other receipts.
• Develop and maintain fee schedules, billing procedures, and collection workflows in coordination with operational wings and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely deposit of receipts and accurate recording of revenue in accounts, including reconciliation with bank statements and operational data.
• Implement controls to reduce leakage, ensure transparency, and maintain audit trails for all collections.
• Monitor revenue performance and prepare periodic revenue reports and forecasts for management.
• Coordinate with IT/ICT support for digital payment/collection systems and reporting integration.
• Handle revenue-related audit observations and ensure corrective actions.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate.

This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA's foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage NAFSA's revenue and fee administration functions, including billing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting for service fees and other receipts
• Develop and maintain fee schedules, billing procedures, and collection workflows in coordination with operational wings and legal/regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely deposit of receipts and accurate recording of revenue in accounts, including reconciliation with bank statements and operational data
• Implement controls to reduce leakage, ensure transparency, and maintain audit trails for all collections
• Monitor revenue performance and prepare periodic revenue reports and forecasts for management
• Coordinate with IT/ICT support for digital payment/collection systems and reporting integration

Requirements

Education

• Master's / bachelor's (Minimum sixteen years) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years relevant experience in revenue administration, collections, or public sector finance
• Strong understanding of internal controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial systems; high integrity
