Job summary

Role Description

The Retail Inventory Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karāchi, responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring smooth inventory operations in the retail environment. Day‑to‑day tasks include receiving and checking incoming merchandise, labeling and organizing products, counting and reconciling stock, and updating inventory records in the system. The role involves monitoring product movement on the sales floor, identifying low‑stock or overstock items, and coordinating with sales and purchasing teams to support replenishment and merchandising. The associate will also assist with regular stock audits, prepare items for display, help maintain a clean and organized stockroom, and support basic customer inquiries related to product availability. Collaboration with store management to improve inventory processes and reduce discrepancies is an important part of this position.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods is required.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
