Job summary

Flipdish is hiring for a Customer Support role in our Karachi hub. You’ll be the main contact for restaurant and takeaway owners across phone, email, and chat, resolving issues quickly and professionally while maintaining Salesforce records.

The role operates on a 7‑day shift rota from 6am to 12am UTC, with a focus on delivering calm, clear, and helpful support. You’ll collaborate with support and other teams, grow your product knowledge, and strive to meet service level targets while providing

Qualifications

Experience in customer support or service.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
Comfortable supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.
Ability to assess issues, think critically and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support across phone, email, and chat; respond promptly and professionally to questions and requests.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership; document interactions clearly in Salesforce.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments; escalate complex issues with context.
Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce; ensure clear follow-up and context for the team.
Build product knowledge across Flipdish software and services; stay updated on features and customer needs.
