Edge is seeking a Medical Billing Coordinator in Pakistan to support a US-based psychiatry practice. You will submit claims, follow up on denials, and handle patient billing inquiries with strong client communication.

The role requires 3+ years of US medical billing and customer-facing experience, and fluency in English. This is a full-time remote opportunity with EST hours, serving Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or Rawalpindi candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US medical billing experience.
• Experience in CSR or front desk role.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean medical claims, including secondary claims.
• Review and resolve claim denials and handle appeals with insurers.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on balances and payments.
• Read EOBs/ERAs and post payments.
• Verify patient insurance benefits (VOBs).
• Answer patient billing inquiries by phone and explain concerns clearly.
