SME Careers seeks a remote Swift Engineer to review AI-generated responses and craft high-quality Swift and iOS content. You will evaluate reasoning quality, assess solution accuracy, and provide expert Swift guidance.

This contract role offers hourly pay and access to future projects through our expert network. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on Swift/iOS development, strong memory management and ARC knowledge, and experience shipping production apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Swift/iOS development.
• Strong understanding of core Swift fundamentals, memory management, and ARC.
• Professional iOS engineering experience shipping or maintaining production mobile applications.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Ability to evaluate code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and UI logic quality.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs) to assist with coding, debugging, and code review.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Highly preferred: Experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine in modern iOS architectures such as MVVM.
• Preferred: Merged pull requests in Swift/iOS open-source projects, competitive programming exposure, or similar evidence of strong algorithmic problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing app logic or mobile architecture, with previous AI data training or model evaluation work strongly preferred, and Minimum C1 English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning across topics for Swift and iOS.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
