Role:

• Establish and enhance workflows within your team.
• Build, lead, and develop our engineering team.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, including training.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner or Accountable Lead to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Create a fun and engaging workplace for our international engineering team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in the industry, including at least 4 years as a developer and 2 years as an Engineering Manager responsible for system design and implementation.
• Experience managing at least four individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with performance management and salary reviews.
