You will develop and maintain a content calendar, craft platform-appropriate copy, coordinate assets, and manage daily engagement to drive reach and conversions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with adaptability to different audiences and channels.
• Experience with content planning, scheduling, asset coordination, and publishing calendars.
• Understanding of community management, audience engagement, and handling inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
• Create, write, schedule, and publish platform-appropriate content, coordinating visual assets and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage daily community engagement, respond professionally to comments and messages, and escalate customer issues when needed.
• Monitor platform trends, audience sentiment, competitor activity, and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track key metrics and prepare reports with practical recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative partners to deliver campaigns on time and maintain quality across channels.
