Edge is expanding into the finance sector and seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to own accounting cycles and financial reporting for assigned entities, including US GAAP/IFRS compliance. This fully remote role suits professionals who value global collaboration and fast-paced environments.

You'll work with international clients, coordinate audits and regulatory filings, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate month-end close.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• ACCA or CA finalist.
• 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
• Experience preparing month-end financial reports.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
• Review complex journal entries and accounting estimates.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Review the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
