Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce expertise required.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
• Strong data management and data hygiene knowledge.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud features.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue processes in Salesforce.
• Build dashboards and reports for revenue and GTM operations.
• Document CRM processes and CPQ/Revenue Cloud configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to drive data quality and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and propose practical solutions.
