Qualifications

• Native or near-native Persian/Farsi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Persian/Farsi writing/editing, translation, QA, or related workflows.

Responsabilités

• Quality monitoring of Persian/Farsi items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new guidelines and changes.
• Respond to questions about Persian/Farsi wording, tone, and cultural context.
• DM inactive contributors to encourage activation and track follow-ups.
• Create and maintain Persian/Farsi project documentation and guides.
• Schedule onboarding/training calls explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Ensure consistent use of Persian language guidelines across projects.
• Identify quality gaps and propose scalable QA workflow improvements.
