Darren Caddle is seeking an outbound BDR to cold-call US and Canada non-blocking companies, introduce them to Darren Caddle, and secure recruiting agreements. This role is commission-only with uncapped earnings and requires clear English, confidence on calls, and self-discipline.

You will manage leads, follow up to closure, and document interactions. Remote work with a flexible schedule is offered, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling or B2B sales (recruitment or staffing sales is a big plus).
• Clear, fluent English and a confident phone voice.

Responsabilités

• Call hiring managers, HR leaders, founders and executives at companies with open roles.
• Explain how Darren Caddle can help them fill those roles faster.
• Follow up with leads until they sign a recruiting agreement and decide.
• Keep notes on every call and lead.
