Recruit AI is seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery across the agency. This full-time remote role covers coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and aligned with company goals.

The role requires hands-on project management, SOP development, KPI tracking, and strong communication across time zones (EST).

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operations management and project management.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and cross functional projects.
• Strong understanding of workflows, SOP development, and operational systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred.
• Proficient in ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows and oversee end to end project delivery
• Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and within deadlines
• Work closely with department leads to prioritize workloads and remove bottlenecks
• Oversee fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects
• Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes
• Lead team accountability, reporting, and performance management
• Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation
• Support issue resolution, escalations, and client delivery challenges
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives
• Maintain strong communication and alignment across remote teams
