Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with over 3 years of professional experience to join our backend development team and build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage and integrate with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in coding standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product).

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js (or similar frameworks).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in working with databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with API design & integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Familiarity with containerization & deployment (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills)

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with NestJS framework.
• Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
