Job summary

UNICEF seeks a National Nutrition Consultant to work remotely with travel for 12 months, based in Pakistan. The role focuses on multisectoral nutrition governance, capacity building, and supporting the Accelerated Action Plan for stunting reduction at provincial levels.

Under supervision of the Nutrition Specialist, you will guide multisectoral nutrition activities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with MYWP 2025-2026, ECD initiatives, and health, education, WASH, and social protection

Qualifications

• Education must be a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Science, Epidemiology, or Child Development.
• Masters 2 years, Bachelors 5 years of work experience.
• Language requirements include English, Urdu, Sindhi and other regional languages.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in nutrition, public health, child development planning and management in a developing country.
• Desirable: UN system experience in nutrition/ public health programmes.
