Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking a senior data engineering lead in Lahore to drive data architectures and AI-enabled solutions across multi-cloud environments. You will own data modelling, RBAC implementations, and scalable analytics platforms using GCP, BigQuery, and Looker.

You will lead Gemini Enterprise initiatives, implement MCP-based integrations, and steer delivery with cross-functional teams, interacting with client heads and technical leads to ensureValue-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading data engineering, data architecture and AI solution development.

Responsibilities

• Connect, integrate, and model client data across multiple clouds and data sources using BigQuery and GCS.
• Design scalable data models and schemas, and implement RBAC for secure data access.
• Develop Gemini Enterprise capabilities including conversational analytics, grounded search, and RAG.
• Integrate the monday.com Gemini Enterprise agent and enable data connectivity across sources.
• Develop AI-powered self-service analytics for non-technical users using MCP.
• Build and maintain governed analytics using Looker and LookML for reliability.
• Establish standardized, observable, multi-tenant architectures for managed services.
• Lead technical implementations, review solutions, guide team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical leaders to understand requirements.
