Job summary

Fakeeh Health is seeking an experienced FP&A Specialist to join its offshore finance team remotely. The role concentrates on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a Dubai-based healthcare organization.

You will develop financial models, dashboards and executive-level reports while leveraging AI tools for analytics and automation. The ideal candidate holds CA/ACCA with post-articleship healthcare experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience in monthly financial

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA, part-qualified or fully qualified
• Articleship/training from PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte or Crowe
• Minimum 3 years post-articleship experience
• Post-articleship healthcare experience is mandatory
• SAP experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong Power BI and data visualization capabilities
• Experience preparing monthly financial and management reports
• Analytical, financial modelling and report-writing skills
• Ability to use AI tools for financial analysis, reporting, research and productivity

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting
• Monthly management and financial performance reporting
• Budget vs. actual, trend and variance analysis
• Revenue, cost, profitability and operational performance analysis
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Preparation of management dashboards and executive reports
• Variable compensation and revenue-share calculations
• Analysis of performance across units and locations
• Development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards
• Identification of financial trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Translation of complex financial data into clear insights
• Use of AI and automation tools to improve finance analytics
