Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking experienced claims auditing professionals to join a specialized AI initiative supporting development and evaluation of next-generation financial and insurance reasoning models. This is a remote, temporary contract opportunity with an on-call schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a finance or risk background, at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance/audit/insurance/compliance/risk.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Apply subject matter expertise to improve model performance.
• Review analyses, assumptions, and recommendations.
• Identify inaccuracies and suggest improvements.
• Provide structured feedback and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Meet project timelines and productivity goals.
