Job summary

iQansoft Ltd is seeking a Creative Designer to join the Marketing team in Islamabad. The role focuses on transforming ideas into compelling visuals, including motion graphics, 2D animation, and high-quality videos for cross-platform campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on technical skills, creative storytelling, and the use of AI tools to enhance output while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media creatives and motion work.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Proficient in brand-aligned visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, banners, and digital ads.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons, and assets for websites and campaigns.
• Develop concepts and visual identities per brand guidelines.
• Produce advertising creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.
• Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustration-based animations.
• Develop animated explainers, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and social media content.
• Animate illustrations, characters, typography, icons, and other visual elements.
• Develop storyboards and apply smooth transitions, visual effects, and professional animation techniques.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos; apply transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization for different platforms.
• Use AI tools for ideation and enhancement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate briefs into concepts.
• Independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Provide editable source files when required.
