Job summary

WorkStaff360 Inc. is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team in Islamabad. The candidate will craft engaging visuals, motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for digital platforms. Strong storytelling and brand consistency are essential.

The role requires hands-on design and production skills, with experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate creativity. You will collaborate across marketing to translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
A strong portfolio with social media creatives, animations and videos.

Responsibilities

Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, digital ads, and promotional materials.
Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons, and assets for websites, landing pages, presentations, and campaigns.
Develop concepts and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines.
Produce advertising creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Adapt designs for different platforms and campaign requirements.
Create motion graphics and 2D animations for explainers and promos.
Edit short-form and long-form videos with transitions, subtitles, and music.
Apply AI tools to ideation, generation, and enhancement while maintaining originality.
