Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking experienced claims auditing professionals to support a specialized AI initiative in finance and insurance. This remote, temporary contract assignment offers on-call, project-based work with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in insurance claims auditing, medical claims review, workers' compensation, or related fields, and can work independently in a remote setting while contributing to ongoing AI evaluation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex concepts and clearly explain reasoning.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, and relevance.
• Apply subject matter expertise to improve model performance and financial understanding.
• Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations, and recommendations.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide structured feedback and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Meet established project timelines and productivity goals.
