Job summary

Vantage Estimating provides construction cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid support for contractors across the United States.

We're looking for an experienced construction salesperson who can find potential clients, speak with decision-makers, and bring in paying projects.

This role is remote and project-based with no fixed salary. You will handle outreach, qualify opportunities, and work toward closing deals with U.S. contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience selling services to U.S. construction companies.
• Ability to contact decision-makers and close paying projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English for business conversations.
• Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
• Comfort with remote, commission-based work.

Responsibilities

• Find and contact U.S. general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and builders.
• Handle cold calls, prospecting emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Speak with owners, estimating managers, and preconstruction teams.
• Identify genuine estimating requirements and discuss potential projects.
• Manage your prospects and follow-ups in a CRM.
• Work with Vantage on project enquiries, proposals, and closing sales.
