Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work in CST hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients.
• Engage with customers across multiple platforms.
• Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs.
• Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through.
• Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
